Empathy: 

We will always try to understand other perspectives or circumstances.  This is essential not only for marketing to be effective but also to building good open and trusted relationships with clients, employees and partners in which we are able to create a safe space.

Emotion:

True and impactful marketing comes from the heart. We are emotional beings; however we don’t actively try to tap into the power of emotions enough. The right side of the brain is the side responsible for our emotions.  It is the side that sparks creative thinking, innovation, intuition and often sees the big picture when the left side can't. There has been much research in marketing and psychology that finds that our decisions and motivations are far less driven by logic but by often unconscious desires and our emotions. So let’s tap into emotion and celebrate it.

Honesty and integrity

We believe everyone should be treated with honesty, fairness and respect, from clients to suppliers to employees.  We seek to maintain an honesty in everything we do which obligates us to tell you when we believe an idea is not in your best interests.

We never work with competing businesses at the same time to avoid conflicts of interest. All customer data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and do not disclose any of your company information to anyone.

Sustainability:

We are driven towards creating a fairer, more sustainable world where people and the planet are put first. We offset our carbon through a company called Ecology who plant trees to offset the carbon we use.  Offsetting compensates for the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2) or other greenhouse gases (measured in carbon dioxide equivalents, CO2e) by providing for an emission reduction elsewhere.

We use Cloudways for our hosting who use Digital Ocean for their servers, powered by Equinix and they use 100% renewable energy sources to power the servers that all of our sites sit on.

In addition we try and protect the environment by working from home and avoiding the use of transport.  You can read more about our sustainability efforts here

Transparency:

We do not hide costs from our clients and will always try to make things as transparent as possible and you will never find something hidden away in the small print.  We admit if we are wrong and rectify our mistakes.  We feedback regularly, openly and honestly on our own performance.

Authenticity

We believe in being real and never fake. What we say and do are never incongruent. We are clear about what we stand for and uncompromising in our convictions. We are not swayed by petty insecurities or public opinion that we don't agree with.
